Sibuzani Mabuye is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Kind Primary Care. Her journey in nursing began in middle school when she was part of the first aid team and Red Cross clubs in her birth country, Zimbabwe.
Driven by her passion for medicine, she pursued a premed major at Northern Kentucky University, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Biological Science with a minor in Chemistry in 2004. Sibuzani then transitioned to nursing and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2011.
She started her career as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in 2012 and obtained board certification in critical care nursing from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Her desire to prevent hospitalizations, complications, and deaths, which she witnessed during her five years as a critical care nurse, motivated her to pursue a degree in primary care. Sibuzani earned a Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017.
The healthcare disparities among the underserved and underinsured fueled her passion and drive to open Kind Primary Care. Her mission is to serve low socioeconomic communities and close the healthcare gaps that exist among minority groups.
